He lost his job, inherited close to a thousand dollars in bills, and could soon have his water shut off. Michael Willbanks also barely had any food but after our story aired the community stepped in.
With the help of Second Harvest we were able to get Michael several boxes of food.
We were also able to get him some much needed clothes.
Many other individuals have offered to help him get his feet back on the ground.
