They were told by a store employee that they were missing two tablets and that two tablets matching the description of the stolen ones were seen at the Boost Mobile store.
According to the store owner there, the tablets were bought from a man named Kevin Roach and a woman who said they received the tablets as gifts for Christmas, Metro Police said.
The manager of the Verizon store spotted an employee, identified as Christina Deal, with the missing Xoom tablets.
Deal was arrested on February 3 for the theft of the tablets.
Authorities are still looking for Roach.
