Savannah Firefighters say a smoldering piece of wood in the basement of a Broughton Street building caused a lot of smoke.
This all happened around noon at 112 W. Broughton.
It was in the same location where the Time Machine Portrait Company had a fire, last year.
Traffic was tied up during lunchtime on Broughton and Barnard and Whitaker.
