A South Carolina man is charged in a 300 thousand dollar securites fraud case.
South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced the arrest of David Thompson today.
Wilson says Thompson sold membership interests in a housing development corporation, then diverted the money for his own personal use.
Thompson is charged with two counts of breach of trust and one count of forgery, He was released on 30 thousand dollars bond.
