Edwin Arroyo Jr. is accused of leading police on a high speed chase in a stolen truck across Bryan and Chatham counties while under the influence of alcohol on October 25th of last year.
The chase ended when police say he rammed a police car and flipped into a ditch in Port Wentworth. He had to be transported to the hospital with injuries.
Arroyo Jr. has been indicted on several charges including fleeing from police, reckless driving, driving without a license, and driving under the influence.
