SHELL EGGS:	Daily California Eggs


Prices are steady. Trade sentiment continues steady for Medium and mostly
steady to instances fully steady for the larger sizes. Demand is light to
moderate, mostly light with offerings usually moderate. Supplies are
moderate to instances heavy. Market activity is slow to moderate.


Shell egg marketer's benchmark price for negotiated egg sales of
USDA Grade AA and Grade AA in cartons, cents per dozen.	This
price does not reflect discounts or other contract terms.
