Richmond Hill, GA – October 7, 2009 – Richmond Hill Pharmacy has just completed remodeling their store in order to better serve customers. They have expanded the pharmacy dispensing area, added work stations and updated the Gallery Gift Shop. They are located in Towne Center at 2409 Highway 17 in Richmond Hill.

Richmond Hill Pharmacy has also added the revolutionary RxMedic auto-dispensing system in order to provide customers with even more personal attention. The RxMedic automatically fills and labels popularly filled prescriptions quickly and accurately, allowing RHP pharmacists to spend more time with each customer. Richmond Hill Pharmacy is one of only two locations in the state of Georgia to use the RxMedic, putting them on the leading edge of pharmacy technology and service.

“We’re very excited about the improvements at Richmond Hill Pharmacy. The remodel coincides with our 25th anniversary,” said Al Dixon, owner of Richmond Hill Pharmacy.  “These improvements will help us serve our customers even faster, and we look forward to continuing to provide the same personal attention they expect from us.”
Richmond Hill Pharmacy, part of the Coastal Family of Pharmacies, has been serving customers in the Richmond Hill area since 1984. The Coastal Family of Pharmacies also includes Medical Center Pharmacy at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah, and Whitman Pharmacy in Hinesville. All three locations offer diabetic education, prescription compounding and blood pressure monitoring. Richmond Hill and Whitman Pharmacies also offer a range of medical equipment, including diabetic shoes, and each features The Gallery Gift Shop. A large selection of Hallmark gift cards is also available at Richmond Hill Pharmacy. For more information, visit www.richmondhillpharmacy.com.
