Jack Black is back on the big screen this weekend, or at least his voice can be heard in the new movie "Kung Fu Panda."

Jack Black voices the lead character in "Kung Fu Panda," the story of an underdog who trains to become the dragon warrior.

Actor Jack Black says  "I relate to that, the guy on the outside of the system. I've never really felt like I could pull off the real 9 to 5 office work job, I'm too much of a daydreamer."

Jackie Chan, Angelina Jolie, and Dustin Hoffman are among Black's co-stars but behind-the-scenes he was mostly solo.

Jack Black says "I did work a little bit with Dustin in the recording studio, but mostly it's in isolation and I kind of like that."

When asked if the filmmakers had him do any kung fu, Black said "They didn't ask me to, but I ended up doing it anyway just to get into character and you know you want to make the sounds sound legit, like uh I can just pretend like I am punching someone by just going 'ha', 'wham' or I can really 'you, have' and it you know energizes the voice."

Also lending their voices to the all-star ensemble: Seth Rogan, Lucy Lui and Ian McShane.
