“Tell-Aerobic Tales” Gets Kids Moving!

Obesity is a serious health concern for not only adults, but children as well.  According to the centers for disease control and prevention, over the past three decades the childhood obesity rate has more than doubled for preschool children aged 2-5 years and adolescents aged 12-19 years, and it has more than tripled for children aged 6-11 years.  Award-winning performance and folk-artist J’miah Nabawi has come up with a fun and unique way to get kids moving through what he calls “Tell-Aerobic Tales”.  Watch the interview with News 3’s Kim Gusby.  For more on “Tell-Aerobic Tales” and J’miah, click here:  www.southernartistry.com/jmiah_nabawi
