Seafood Omelet
Ingredients
2 oz. Shrimp
2oz Crab Meat
½ oz. onion
½ oz. green pepper
3 Eggs
Cheese (To Taste)
Sauté Onions & Peppers in a separate pan using olive oil, make sure you are using a non stick pan
Sauté Ga. Wild Shrimp & Crab Meat in a pan (add Salt & Pepper To Taste)
Once the shrimp has turned pink add the sautéed vegetables
Pour your egg mixture on top of your Seafood & Vegetables
While moving your pan so your eggs will not stick once the eggs are cooked soft flip the omelet and finish the omelet. Add your cheese and fold.
