Construction Begins on Dream Home

One lucky family will have a new home this summer, thanks to a local contracting company.

Homes of Integrity began construction today on the 2009 St. Jude dream home.

Materials and labor have been donated and the house is expected to be completed in late April.

Meagan Mowry of Homes Of Integrity said, “it’s a big challenge this year, you know, because the market’s been difficult for so many people, so we really had our work cut out for use, but we are so excited with the generosity we’ve had from the subcontractors.”

St. Jude has raised more than $156 million for cancer research since the program started in 1991.
