Savannah-Chatham Metro Police say three teens are behind bars in connection with a robbery.

Police say three males approached the victim at the pool in the Chapel Park neighborhood around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.

One of the suspects said, “I like that necklace,” then one of the suspects snatched the necklace from around the victim’s neck.  The three suspects started beating the victim, but he was able to get away. 

Police located the suspects in their vehicle a short time latera and arrested them.

Terrell Maurice Smith, John Kameron Wilson and Kerry Antonio Smith, all 19, are charged with robbery. They were taken to the Chatham County Detention Center.
