POOLER, Ga.— Incumbent Mayor Mike Lamb faced a challenge from Charles Archer, with Lamb coming away with 73 percent of the vote.
WSAV caught up with Lamb as he celebrated his victory.

“I’m just delighted. I’m very, very happy. I’m great. It’s just… I’m humbled and grateful to the citizens of Pooler for electing me for another 2 year term and for electing the council back in, the incumbents, and the two new ones that’s coming in. I think, we’re going to have a great council,“ said Lamb.

Lamb has already served three terms as mayor of pooler. He says Pooler has grown so much in the last few years, and he’s focused on managing that growth by working with the council and citizens.
