Two Men Arrested, Two More Sought In Hinesville Murder

Two men were arrested Tuesday afternoon and another is still at large in connection with the slaying of David Jones last week in a Hinesville mobile home park.

Two men were arrested Tuesday afternoon and another is still at large in connection with the slaying of David Jones last week in a Hinesville mobile home park.  According to Hinesville Chief of Detectivies Maj. Thomas Cribbs the men arrested are Jedediah Duncan of Hinesville and Rodriquez Platt of Walthourville.  Platt was arrested in the Cedar Hill mobile home park in Walthourville without incident.  Duncan was later arrested in Hinesville also without incident.  Police continue to look for Steven Plair of Hinesville and Steven Bond also of Hinesville.  The men will be charged with 1 count of murder, and police say warrants are pending for armed robbery.  If you have information contact the local police.  Jones was shot 3 times at the Tapco mobile home park on Folker Road.
