Founders Club Believe Line Supports Mammography
Golf Clubs Support Mammography
A new sign of support against the most common cancer to affect women. Founders Club contributes to help save lives.
Ann Moon , is testing the new Believe Golf Clubs a symbol of support in the fight against breast cancer. “For ladies what’s great about this set is that its light weight. It’s not too hard for them to swing,“ says Ann Moon. The exclusive set created by Savannah based Founders Club features the signature pink breast cancer ribbon. “The believe means. What it means is we want to believe that some day we’ll find a cure. The first step is getting awareness and getting people access and getting people to have the mammography needed so that they can catch the disease before it’s too late,“ says Jeff Andrews. Founders Club is banking on a hole in one to help save lives. The company will donate $5.00 from each set sold nationwide to the Telfair Mammography Fund at Saint Josephs/Candler. It’s support for uninsured and underinsured women …a need that’s growing . “20% of the patients in Chatham County women in Chatham County are uninsured and this program will immensely help the women who have no ability to have health insurance to get mammograms and be screened,“ says Dr. Howard Zaren, Medical Director/Lewis Cancer Pavilion.
Founders Club donation is right on time as the economy is forcing more people to go without insurance . Deborah Middleton is mammography fund recipient. “I’m very grateful for it because if something is going on with you they can detect it at an earlier stage. So I thank god that it wasn’t anything wrong with me.“
So if you still need a Valentine’s day gift or just want a good set of clubs you may want to consider the believe brand. Your support will swing toward the crucial battle. “It draws at our strength. It draws at our hope. We just hope this will inspire people not only to play the game of golf but to in their own way help out in the fight against breast cancer,“ says Jeff Andrews.
The Believe golf set $399, and will be featured at Edwin Watts stores, website, and catalog.
