Our Mission

To hold a family friendly jazz and blues festival which will offer food, beverage, fun and quality live entertainment from which 100% of the ticket sales generated will be donated to The Junior Jazz Foundation, a fund of the Community Foundation of the Lowcountry.

Bob and Lois Masteller, owners and operators of The Jazz Corner on Hilton Head Island, created the Junior Jazz Foundation with the sole purpose of keeping the American art form of Jazz alive. With this purpose in mind, the foundation will donate 75% of the proceeds from this annual event directly to all of the participating Bluffton schools to help fund their music programs. The remaining 25% will be used to foster additional educational programs for all ages to aid in the preservation of the art form of jazz.

Our Goals

To get 100% sponsorship of the event to allow 100% of the ticket sales to be donated to The Junior Jazz Foundation

To annually increase the size of the event so that the music programs in Bluffton will never suffer due to lack of funding

To educate and stimulate the public with the music program in hopes of them wanting to learn, play and keep the American Art Form of Jazz alive

To be a leader in the community in the way we present the event so others may use our formula for success to put on events that support Jazz and help fund school music programs nation wide
