located at 1403 Fourth Avenue and charged with violating the methods of disposal for
dead animals criminal statute. The charge stems from a criminal investigation which
began on December 18 when officers responded to Galilee Road in Glynn County in
reference to Stobaeus dumping a dead horse in the woods.
