Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson try to strike movie gold a second time with the romantic action comedy "Fool's Gold."   The duo from "How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days" is back together, playing a former couple thrown back together by circumstance.  He's trying to help a millionaire uncover buried deep sea treasure, she now happens to work for the same millionaire.  Add in some bad guys after the same treasure and you've got "Fool's Gold." It's  rated PG-13.

Martin Lawrence tries to find out if you can go home again in the comedy "Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins."  He plays a small town guy who's made it big as a TV self help guru who takes his new family back to his hometown for his parents' 50th wedding anniversary.   Lawrence gets a rude awakening from his down home family, who are determined to remind him of his roots one way or the other.  This one's rated PG-13.

Meg Ryan's made several hit comedies with Tom Hanks.  Now, she's made one with his son, Colin. "My Mom's New Boyfriend" casts Ryan a formerly heavy woman who drops a ton of weight and picks up a new boyfriend in Antonio Banderas.  The hitch is that he's an international art thief and Hanks is the FBI agent assigned to track him.  If you don't remember this one in theaters that's because it's a direct to DVD release. It's rated pg-13.

David Duchovny leaves his alien chasing days behind him to chase skirts in the cable
TV series "Californication."  The first season hits DVD this week. He plays a burned out novelist who moves with his daughter from New York to California to re-energize his writing and reclaim his ex-girlfriend.  But he faces other female distractions along the way.
