-Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze
-If you don’t have a tissue handy, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve—not your hands!
-Put your used tissues in the trash can
-Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water (20 seconds should do the trick)
-Clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
