Man’s best friend got into the Halloween spirit in downtown Savannah Saturday.
Savannah woman has been given a $5,000 bond after being arrested Wednesday on two counts of felony animal cruelty.
Police said they have arrested a Savannah woman after authorities found two small dogs dead in her home.
Thousands of abandoned animals are, essentially, behind bars needing loving homes.
Helping them are their human counterparts, also behind bars.
