It’s not blue suede shoes but a tuft of Elvis’ hair that’s causing a buzz.

An auction of Elvis memorabilia was held Sunday in Chicago.

Up for grabs, a clump of Elvis’ hair that went for $15,000.

The hair was collected after Elvis got his haircut when he joined the Army in 1958.

Other items on the auction block included one of the king’s old shirts, which sold for $52,000.
