Ingredients

Shrimp
4oz. Ga. Wild Shrimp Peeled & Deveined
1oz. onions
½ oz. Green Peppers

The Secret Gravy
4oz. Chicken Stock
1oz. Roux (Equal parts of Flour & Butter)

Sauté Onions & Peppers in a separate pan using olive oil, make sure you are using a non stick pan.
Sauté Ga. Wild Shrimp in a pan (add Salt & Pepper To Taste)
Once the shrimp has turned pink add the sautéed vegetables
Add the Gravy and allow the shrimp & vegetables to simmer for approx. 1 minute on low heat.

Grits
8oz. grits
10oz chicken stock
2oz. to 4oz. Heavy Cream (To Taste)
1 tsp. of Butter

Bring water or chicken stock to a roaring Boil add your Butter, Grits,
Allow the grits to cook for 10 to 15 minutes keeping an eye on the grits & while constantly stirring once the grit has doubled in volume then add your heavy cream and allow the grits to simmer in a double boiler or on extremely low heat.
