32 year old Eugene Waters was taken into custody after allegedly robbing a woman outside the Civic Center as the two left a job fair on Monday, but it wasn’t Waters first brush with the law - in fact, he was actually incarcerated at the time of the incident on Monday.
Savannah Chatham Metropolitan Police Department (SCMPD) was dispatched to the scene of a structure fire in the 800 block of Quacco Rd. early Friday morning after firefighters uncovered a methamphetamine lab.
Pulled over at the Effingham County Jail for a minor traffic violation. Deputy found marijuana in the vehicle, and inside one suspect’s underwear.
