Savannah-Chatham Police say a homicide suspect on the run since last year, is now in custody.

19-year-old Henry Johnson was arrested just before midnight on Wednesday at a Savannah bus station.

Officials say they identified him as the suspect in the shooting death of 43-year-old Dennis Coleman, Jr. back on September 12th.

Authorities tell us Police Chief Michael Berkow received a tip personally from an anonymous caller, stating that Johnson was headed this way, on a bus from Atlanta.

A team of detectives were called in to stake out the station, and they arrested him soon after the bus arrived.

Johnson will be arraigned later today in Recorder's Court.
