Authorities Fight Early Morning Fire in Bloomingdale

An early morning fire damages a home in Bloomingdale.

Emergency crews were called out to the 300 block of Maple Street about 1:30. When they arrived on scene, smoke and flames could be seen coming out of the structure.

We're told someone was living in the home, but there's no word on if it was occupied at the time of the incident.

So far no injuries have been reported.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
