Many people have called, emailed or even sent text messages asking if the Amber Alert they’ve been hearing about is real.

METRO Police confirm that the Amber Alert about a 3 year old taken by a male in a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse with Oregon plate 98B351 is indeed a hoax.
