Police Seek Public’s Help in Identifying Armed Robbery Suspect
Savannah-Chatham Metro Police are seeking help of the public to identify and locate two suspects responsible for robbing two men at the Thunderbird Inn last month.

Savannah-Chatham Metro Police are seeking help of the public to identify and locate two suspects responsible for robbing two men at the Thunderbird Inn last month.
The incident happened on December 30, 2008 in a hotel room at the Thunderbird Inn located at 611 West Oglethorpe Ave.
Three male suspects, one armed with a shotgun, entered the room and robbed the two victims at gunpoint. Detectives were able to obtain video of the suspect’s and are now seeking the public’s help in locating the two remaining suspects.
One of the suspects involved has been captured by police. Seventeen year old Kenneth Johnson, was arrested on January 4, wearing some of the same clothes as he had on the night of the robbery. He has been charged with Armed Robbery.

Police are now searching for 19-year-old Corey Donvon Floyd who is seen in the video sporting short twisties and gold teeth.
Police are still trying to identify the third man in the video, who was wearing a dark hoodie and carrying a shotgun. Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Floyd or the identity and/or whereabouts of the third suspects is asked to contact Robbery Detective’s at 912-651-6694 or Crime Stoppers at 912-234-2020 or text CRIMES (274637) and in the body type “CStop2020” plus the tip. Tipsters can remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash award.
