Springfield Man Charged with Murder of 2 Year Old

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says a 22 year old man has been arrested for the murder of a 2 year old.
Lester Casey Griffin of 800 Ash Street, Springfield was arrested this afternoon. Griffin is no relation of the child’s but did live at the same residence.
Griffin is currently being held at Effingham County Jail.
The GBI says no more information is being released at this time.
