Bluffton Police officers conduct a traffic stop which leads to the arrest of one individual for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute.

On January 8, 2009 at approximately 7:35pm officers with the Bluffton Police Department Problem Solving Team conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle travelling on Simmonsville Road near Bluffton Parkway for Disregarding a Traffic Light.  A check of all occupants inside the vehicle revealed that the passenger, Ishmil Frazier, was wanted by another agency.  Further investigation lead to the discovery of 4.02oz of marijuana which was found in the Frazier’s pants.

Frazier was arrested for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and transported to the Beaufort County Detention Center to await a bond hearing.
