A Savannah-Chatham Police officer won't face charges in the 2007 death of David Willis.
Police say Patrolman Kevin McKoon shot 22-year old David Willis last August - when Willis attempted to run the officer down with his car.
Wednesday, a Chatham County Grand Jury decided there wasn't enough evidence in the case to move forward with Voluntary Manslaughter charges.
Police initially said the shooting was within the bounds of the law.
Also from the courts -- James Mitchell and Janard Williams will face Felony Murder charges in the death of Wimberly Baker -- the 19 year old shot down in a drive-by shooting in October.
