Free Flu Shots for Jasper County, SC Students

  The following schedule has been announced for school H1N1 flu shot clinics in Jasper County public and private schools.  The shots are free and innoculations will be provided by the S. C. Department of Health and Environmental Control.
  The shots are voluntary and written permission from parentsd are required.  The shots will be administered during the school hours and parents do not have to be present.  Shots will be given by DHEC nurses while school nurses and staff will manage the clinic activity.
  Parents are to complete, sign and return the consent or non-consent forms to the school.  Children will not recieve the innoculation if a signed consent form has not been received.
