    FAIRMONT, W.Va. (AP) - One of four people charged in the 2007
death of a South Carolina man in Fairmont has been sentenced to
life in prison.
    Donnell Lee of Martinsburg was sentenced Thursday in Marion
County Circuit Court. He was found guilty last year of first-degree
murder and conspiracy.
    Police say the Memorial Day 2007 shooting death of 22-year-old
Derrick Osborne of Columbia, S.C., was drug-related.
    Steven H. Podolsky was sentenced earlier this week to one to
five years in prison for conspiracy and being an accessory after
the fact.
    Co-defendant Lincoln Taylor of Huttonsville is awaiting a third
trial on a first-degree murder charge. His first two trials ended
in mistrials.
    Lafayette Jenkins Jr. is awaiting sentencing for voluntary
manslaughter and conspiracy.
