Imperial Sugar in Court for the First Time

Imperial sugar appeared in court for the first time today since the february explosion.

Area attorneys representing victims of the explosion were there to argue their need to depose a manager at imperial sugar's grammercy plant.

Imperial sugar also requested depostions be consoldiated so instead of one person being deposed for each of the 10 cases filed one deposition would suffice.
