Imperial Sugar Set to Rebuild

     Imperial Sugar will break ground on a new facility on Wednesday. The new construction is beginning just eight months after the deadly explosion at the plant. The reconstruction of the plant is expected to cost millions of dollars. The February 17th explosion killed 13 people and injured many more.
