FL Officials Upset with Fishing Company Reeling in Customers with Topless Employees

A Florida charter fishing service is facing criticism for offering more than just bait, fishing poles and sun on its trips.

Their workers are bikini-clad and for an additional fee, they will take off their tops for customers once they leave shore.

The business has raised the eyebrows of local officials and some members of the community.
