If you take Bull Street between Columbus Drive and DeRenne Avenue, plan an alternate route Tuesday to Thursday.  The street will be closed to through traffic. 

SCCMP advising motorists to avoid Bay Street at Abercorn St.  A dump truck is dumping in the area and has one lane blocked. One west bound lane of Abercorn is open for traffic.

A car is flipped over at the intersection of I-16 and I-95.  Metro police dispatch says there are several injuries.  Avoid the area if at all possible.
