Normally, acting up isn’t considered a good thing.  But one local non-profit organization is encouraging kids to do it in front of a live audience.  AWOL’s theater program, known as Act Up, will celebrate its fifth year this fall with open auditions for its annual production.

With instant access to information at our fingertips, it’s hard for many of us to imagine life without the comforts of a computer.  From shopping… to banking… to school work… almost everything can be done online. But for a number of folks, it’s a convenience they simply can’t afford.
