‘Messenger’ Program Billed As Quick Link Between Schools, Parents
If there is an emergency at a Beaufort County school, parents can count on being among the first to hear about it. The Beaufort County School District will launch an emergency notification system during the next several weeks that can alert parents of the district’s 19,000 students in less than an hour by phone, text and e-mail.
