President Barack Obama plans to attend a memorial at Texas’ Fort Hood Tuesday, where a gunman’s rampage left 13 dead and 29 more wounded.
The suspect in the shooting, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan will be tried in a military court.

The military says the suspected gunman who allegedly carried out the mass shooting at Fort Hood, Texas, fired more than 100 rounds.
