South Carolina Congressman Joe Wilson says he will not be “muzzled” and will not issue a second apology on the House floor. Democrats in Congress say they will bring up possible sanctions for a vote this week if he doesn’t.  News 3’s Kim Gusby reports, it’s just the latest in a wild week for the South Carolina lawmaker.
