Recyclers Trashing Savannah Neighborhood

Folks in the Carver Village and Carver Heights area have been complaining about the Sonoco Recycling site for years. Apparently, recyclers continue to pile on plastic bottles, bags and other trash long after the uncovered bins are overflowing.
