Metro Police Arrest 4 On Burglary Charges After Alert Citizen Calls 911

Just before 11:30 last night, Metro Police were called to a home in the 1300 block of East 51st street on a report of a burglary in progress. Arrested are 17-year-old Anthony Ramone Harris, 17-year-old James Lee Ellis and two juveniles, ages 16 and 13.
