Anderson and Harman Prepare for 2009 The Players Am
Beaufort’s Mark Anderson and Savannah’s Brian Harman will each try to win their second Players Am title.
Mark Anderson comes into the 2009 Players Am with a lot of confidence. He’s played solid over the course of the summer with his most recent 9th place finish at The Dogwood Invitational in Atlanta.
Brian Harman, 2005 Players Am Champion, won The Dogwood and is set to play on the West Course at Belfair, same course he won on four years ago.

These two amateur golfers will be looking forward to turning professional in the Fall. But first each wants to represent the United States in the Walker Cup. A win at this years Players Am could go a long way toward making the team.
The Players Am begins Thursday on the West Course at Belfair Golf Club in Bluffton.
