Calvary Day Preps for Season Opener

Calvary football coach Mark Stroud is beginning his second season as the top Cavalier.  The team went 4-6 in 2008 and expect nothing less than a trip to the state playoffs.

Calvary returns several players from last years’ squad.  Senior quarterback Ross Howard is just one of many battling it out for the starting nod.  Junior linebacker Dominique Henfield should anchor a veteran offense.  Both sides of the ball return seven starters from last years’ team.

It all begins August 28th for Coach Stroud and the Cavaliers as they travel across the border to Hardeeville.
