ECHS Hurler Signs with Middle Georgia

Effingham County High School Senior Dylan Scott signed a Letter-of-Intent this morning to play baseball at Middle Georgia College.  The righthanded pitcher and centerfielder was selected to the 2007 All-Region 3-AAA South team his junior season.

“We are very excited about Dylan’s decision to come to Middle Georgia College," says Coach Craig Young.  "He is a hard-nosed player who will fit in with the personnel we are bringing in.  He has strong family support and great athletic ability which makes this a win-win situation for Dylan and Middle Georgia”.

Scott holds a 3.50 Grade Point Average.
