Possible Heavy Rain This Afternoon and Evening

Latest from Storm Team 3:  an area of heavy rain showers will move across the region from south to north.  The showers will move through quickly, but one half inch of rain is possible in a short period of time with the heaviest showers.  Winds may gust to 30mph in the showers, mainly near the coast.
