Another victim of the Imperial Sugar Refinery explosion has died. The Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta says the patient died Saturday night.
The person's name is not being released at the request of the family. Twelve patients now remain in critical condition. Two are in serious.
Today's news brings the number of deaths following the explosion to eleven – eight of which died at the scene and three who passed away in Augusta.
