3 Burn Victims Upgraded to Serious Condition

Some good news Thursday on the Imperial Sugar Refinery burn patients in Augusta. Three were upgraded to serious today.

Blood is still needed to help the victims. Thursday, the International Longshoremen's Association in Garden City teamed up with Savannah Community Blood Bank.

Turnout was low this morning, and blood banks don't want you to forget how important donating is to victims' recovery.

Another blood drive is set for Friday at Village BP and Spirit Shoppe at Savannah Quarters. That's on Moonlight Lane off of Pooler Parkway. You can donate from one to five pm.
