"I think the benefits are great exercise plus were using our brains, we're not just sitting around, and it's companionship too of being around these people all the time so you make a lot of friends this way," said Norma Lavell.
"We're very easy to get to if your visiting Hilton Head or Bluffton or Beaufort, or Savannah, Charleston, we have a lot of folks that come in and now consider us their local winery."
"Cooking food that's nutritionally balanced, stuff that you can do at home that you can do all the time that looks like the stuff you see in a restaurant," said head chef Jennifer Welper.
