Although, National Signing Day for football is less than a week away, that hasn't stopped several area athletes from inking their names to grants-in-aid in other sports.
Four Savannah Christian baseball players made their college decisions, signing this afternoon at the school.
Jonathan Hester, a two-time all-region city player inked a letter of intent to play at Middle Georgia College.
He'll be joined there by his Red Raider teammate Jordan Hill, he too was a first team all region performer as a catcher.
Nate Sisolak, is headed off to Gordon College. He is the Region 2AA Player of the Year.
And Kyle Jones will be part of USC-Beaufort's inaugural baseball team in 2009 as a preferrred walk on.
